Clear Skin with SAFI – Herbal Tonic

I am sure most of you must have heard about SAFI in your early age either from your mom or aunts. During my college days, I remember my mom telling me to try SAFI to get rid of the acne but I was always hesitant & never gave it a shot. After hearing so many good things about it, I finally decided to try SAFI for about 3 to 4 weeks & see how it works for me, in any case whats the harm because its all herbal.

For those of you, who don’t know – SAFI is a Unani medicine, produced by Hamdard Laboratories. I started taking SAFI once in a day from mid September onwards. To be honest, initially it was a bit difficult to get use to its peculiar taste but when I saw improvements in my digestive system right in the first week, I decided to go on plus it is supposed to be taken in some water which nullifies the taste, making it easy to consume. My stomach use to feel bloated because of the odd meal hours but after I started having SAFI, it feels very light. Although I don’t have acne now, during the 2nd week of my SAFI journey, I noticed reduction in the boils on my face & my skin started looking clearer & even.

I am a sucker for ayurvedic products & what impressed me the most is that SAFI consist of so many natural ingredients – neem, gulab ke phool, senna, turbud, tulsi, nilkanthi etc which have innumerable benefits for the skin & body. I am always on the go given the uncertain nature of my work & that is why it becomes difficult to stick to a healthy diet. But since I started having SAFI, my concerns about the diet have reduced & my body feels much cleaner from within.

At the end of my SAFI 3 weeks journey, I couldn’t believe the changes I saw in my skin. It came a long way from looking dull & pigmented to looking clearer & glowing. One more thing I realised is that SAFI is not just about looking good on the outside but also feeling good on the inside because it’s all about #RagonMeinKhoobsurati

I like to call it my “Magic Potion” & plan to continue having it because finally my skin has started looking good naturally & I wish to keep it that way. I have also referred it to my friends, cousins & how can I miss out on you guys, that is the reason I decided to do this blogpost.

Hope you guys find it helpful & if you have already tried SAFI, do share your views with me.
